Legendary reggae band Morgan Heritage, lead singer Gramps Morgan  while on air revealed how he met Uganda’s music icon, Jose Chameleone.

In a TV interview with NBS TV, the dreaded Jamaican singer narrated how he met Chameleone, one of the few Ugandan artists they have been mentioning ever since they landed.

“I happened to attend a festival in Kenya and Chameleone was part of it. I saw a guy, full of swag and asked “who is that Shabba Ranks-looking guy”, he had so much swag and appealed to me” he said.

“We met and he knew about Morgan Heritage, but when I saw him perform! Woooow” Gramps said.

“Jose Chameleone is so special,” Gramps said.

Even before landing, Gramps and Jose Chameleone kept contact both on and off social media. Morgan Heritage is set to perform at their much anticipated show tonight. Meanwhile, Singer Jose Chameleone is also set to break another record at his ‘Hit After Hit’ show concert, which is scheduled on 30th June at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
