In reminiscent of the story of doubting Thomas in the bible, some section of scribes have totally declined to believe that singer Geosteady spent a whopping Ugx67 million on his latest video shoot. The Owooma singer who revealed yesterday that he had spent roughly more than 67M in his new song titled ‘ I’m into you’ featuring Nigerian superstar Koredo Bello received downplaying reactions from Super Fm’s radio journalist.
A one known Messe and Abu Kawenja via a WhatsApp voice note said that the video couldn’t cost him such an amount of money as no Ugandan artist has such huge sums of money on their bank accounts. “Tell Geosteady to stop fooling us that that video cost him 67M. That’s a total lie”, Messe began. “He went on to say that no Ugandan artist has such huge sums of money on their banks account. So they should stop making us look like fools bragging around for no good reason”.
So just like Thomas was skeptical at first when he heard that Jesus had risen from the dead and appeared to other apostle’s, saying, except shall I see in his hands the print of nails, and put my fingers into the print of nails, and thrust my hands into his side , I will not believe. However the only message we can deliver to Messe and Kawenja is that blessed are those that have not seen, and yet have believed.
