The two sides meet at Stamford Bridge tonight in their final Champions League group game, with the Spanish side in real danger of going out.
Atletico Madrid need to beat Chelsea, who have already qualified, and hope that Roma slip up at home to Qarabag.
The Blues won the reverse fixture 2-1 in dramatic style in September, as Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi fired home a 94th minute winner.
But Conte is wary of France star Griezmann, who has ended an eight-game goal drought by bagging four times in his last three games.
“The situation has changed,” Conte said.
“Three games ago, there was a Griezmann problem because he didn’t score. Now he’s scoring.
“Griezmann is a top player, a fantastic player, playing in a great team and showing he is a top player.
“We must pay great attention not only to him but to all the players.”
Chelsea are unbeaten in six matches since their 3-0 humiliation at Roma in October and the Blues will be determined not to slip up in Europe again.
There’s a chance they might not top the group so Conte is expected to field a full-strength side to ensure a kinder fixture in the knockout stage.
Chelsea know a draw won’t be enough if Roma beat already eliminated Qarabag, so will be keen to bag three points.
The Blues are back in league action this Saturday as they make the short trip to struggling West Ham.
